Dr. Haige Shen serves as the senior Vice president of GenFleet Clinical Development and is responsible for the design and supervision of GenFleet's clinical development programs. Her academic background encompasses bioinformatics, statistics, and electronic engineering, and her drug development experiences range from data analysis in drug discovery to early-phase & full clinical development in both global and China’s local settings.
Dr. Shen holds her Ph.D. degrees in statistics and bioinformatics from Duke University, and in Electronic Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology. While working with Novartis Pharmaceuticals, she led the statistical work in multiple global studies of oncology and non-oncology drugs for global and China’s local registration. Her career was further enriched with early-phase clinical development of anti-cancer therapies through leading multiple first-in-class products in Translational Clinical Oncology at Novartis. Prior to joining GenFleet, she was the co-founder of ZenRhyme Advisory, collaborating with multiple biotech and pharmaceutical companies on formulating their clinical development strategies and statistical design & data analysis plans.
